Graduated in 1996 from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP), with a specialization in business law. Lato sensu postgraduate degree in Business Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

She practiced for years in business law at two well-regarded firms, particularly in contracts and corporate matters, including acquisitions and restructurings, and in advising foreign investors. For five years she headed the legal department of a large Brazilian communications and advertising group.

Member of the Media and Entertainment Commission of the Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo (IASP).

Graduated in 1997 from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and holds an LL.M. from Duke University, United States.

She practiced for years at traditional Brazilian and foreign law firms in corporate law, contracts and capital markets. She now advises on corporate and contractual matters and also works as a mediator and conciliator.
